Apartment Idea is located in Svetogorska Street in the old part of Belgrade, on the second floor in a block of flats with a lift inside.
The building itself was built during the golden era of Belgrade in 1937, in the Modern style. Initially owned by the family Auer, the interior has been decorated by the stone staircase and the marble entrance. A noble spirit of old times could be felt in the whole quarter.
The interior of the apartment itself has been eclectic, nicely connecting tradition and modern technical details, equipped with split system air conditioner, big screen TV and Wi-fi. It has been completely redecorated in June, 2017. The apartment is 40 square meters.
There is a garage secured at the same building for our gusts who ride bikes or motorbikes.
There is a wonderful green oasis in the building’s yard where you can sit and enjoy your first morning coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening. The Parliament building and St Marko’s Church domes could be seen through large and light windows.
Apartment Idea is only 10-minute walk from the main pedestrian street Knez Mihailova and 20-minute from St Sava’s Temple.
It will take you only several minutes on foot to get to the main Square (Trg republike), National Museum or pedestrian zone.
There is a green market nearby, a number of pastry shops, groceries, cafes, cake shops and restaurants.
The Svetogorska street becomes a pedestrian zone for the New Year’s holidays with the most popular Belgrade winter carnival called – Street of Open Hearts.
