Apartment ”ATELJE 1” is located in Svetozara Markovica Street, across the Manjez Park, in close vicinity of Beogradjanka tower and Slavija Square. The apartment has one bedroom and comfortable living room, ideal to accommodate up to 4 persons. On the same floor the apartment Atelier 2 is located, with two bedrooms and living room, so there is a possibility to rent both apartments for larger groups, couples or colleagues who wish to retain privacy and yet be placed close to each other. Capacity to rent both apartments is up to 10 people (6+4).

Structure: Spacious living room, separate bedroom with king size bed, a beautiful bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room includes two luxurious three-seater folding sofas, size of a double bed. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four persons (2+2). The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in 2014.
