House Rules – City Break Apartments, Belgrade

Welcome to City Break Apartments, located in the heart of Belgrade. Your comfort is our priority! Please follow these house rules:

    •   Check-in: from 2 PM (or as agreed)

    •   Check-out: by 11 AM (or as agreed)

    •   Peace and Quiet: Please respect public order and avoid making noise, especially between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.

    •   Prohibitions: Loud music, parties, pets, and leaving trash outside the door are not allowed.

    •   Trash Disposal: Use the nearby container (marked on the attached map).

    •   Guests: Receiving guests is allowed with adherence to house rules.

    •   Care for Inventory: Please handle devices and equipment carefully. In case of damage, guests are responsible for compensation.

    •   Use of Heaters and Stoves: Strictly prohibited.

    •   Cleanliness: Upon departure, leave the apartment clean and tidy, as you found it.

    •   Safety: Check that all faucets are closed, electricity is off, windows are closed, lights are off, and most importantly, that the apartment is securely locked.

    •   Emergency Situations: In case of fire, flood, or other emergencies, immediately contact City Break Apartments or the relevant services (phone numbers in the “Important Phones” section).

    •   Valuables: Take care of your valuables and carry them with you. City Break Apartments cannot be held responsible for them.

    •   Support: We are here for any additional information and assistance during your stay.

    •   City Break Apartments wishes you a pleasant and memorable stay!
