Today we guide you through the coolest concept stores in Belgrade. We will start with the Rub, so-called Dorcol’s “underdog”. Besides its very lovely location in the Lower Dorcol neighborhood Rub offers a nice bar and a furniture shop. It has a nice interior design with refined Italian furniture. Many interesting details, bunch of magazines and great music selection. It’s a perfect place to work on your lap top and have a coffee or a beer. And yes they offer free Wi-Fi.

Don’t hesitate to visit Belgrade Design District in Choomich next to Terazije square. There are several stores we really prefer in the district mentioned, but the one that stands out is Galerija 1250. It’s a small, but a very lovely and cozy concept store that offers handmade ceramic objects, home decor,  gifts but also unique handmade art pieces.  The store is run by six young and creative designers based in Belgrade.

Near Choomich in a popular retail district of Kralja Petra 67 stands L’Atelier. L’Atelier Belgrade is a multi-brand concept store, founded by two Belgrade fashionistas in 2012. The store offers a refined selection of exquisite fashion clothing and accessories by world-class brands.

We would also like to point out Klasa concept store that stands in Višnjićeva street. Klasa also gathers together young Serbian designers who are making and designing clothes, accessories and shoes both for boys and girls.

Just around the corner in 17 Kapetan Mišina St. Jane Doe vintage and design shop is located. This store is a favorite place of many foreigners because in this sweet and cozy corner they are able to find very rare vintage items and additionally  buy interesting pieces of Boho jewelry made by the local designer Bojana Bosh.

If you decide to continue your “shopping tour” until the neighborhood of Kosančićev Venac you will find another concept store called Makadam. This one offers local designed mixed with traditional Serbian items coming from provincial and rural manufacturers. It’s a definitely cool place to buy a proper traditional souvenir and drink some quality Serbian wine.

From Kosančićev Venac take a colorful staircase to popular Savamala creative district and check out newly opened Gradstore creative hub. Gradstor – Design Hub is a new space in our city aimed at promoting and presenting works by local artists and designers. It is to operate as a showroom and gallery complete with a small café.

And for the end of this short “shopping guide” we would recommend a newly opened Supermarket concept in the neighborhood of Zemun. Locals are already familiar with the Supermarket brand since company mentioned has two venues in Belgrade already.  As usually Supermarket’s offer consists of fusion specialties and drinks mixed with fashion.  The interior design is quite interesting and pleasent and garden by the river is also open for visitors.
