Many interesting stores selling unique art and design items emerged in Belgrade in the last few years. We have selected several once that we like and recommend.

So let’s start with a new Supermarket concept store in 8 Uzun Mirkova street. The store consists of a bar and a shop that is mainly focused on local designers and fashion brands and limited edition of Adidas, Scotch & Soda and the like. Also, just around the corner in 45 Kralja Petra stands another interesting shopping oasis called Koncept 45. This cool store sells a bunch of interesting accessories,t-shirts, dresses, hoodies from both local and internationally acclaimed fashion designers.

Also, interesting design hub is Belgrade Design District located near Terazije square. Here you can find a wide range of hand made products from soaps and balsams to fancy dresses and sexy lingerie. We especially like Bizzare Concept Store that gathers a group of young local designers from various backgrounds.

This tinny  creative shop with very much enjoyable interior design offers jewelry, print t-shirts, bags, hats, dresses, tops and other cool products.

Since you have already made it to Design District you can also visit Bartselona photo gallery on the first floor. The owner David Pujado,  who is a photographer himself created a nice cute little gallery mainly focus on contemporary photography. Here you can catch some nice photo exhibitions but also buy some artworks from David or other artist.

We also like a new gallery Portofino 1989 that stands in 8 Kneza Danila St. in the neighborhood of Palilula.  Tiny gallery Portofino 1989 is a real treasure of unique art and design pieces that tend to satisfy clients’ and visitors’ interests regardless of whether they are contemporary arts or classical design lovers. The gallery was opened several months ago by two designers, Aleksandra and her daughter Manja Zeremski, with the aim to present and sell pieces created by local artists from various art fields.
